The Office of the Defence Attach\u00e9 at the Embassy of Italy in Mogadishu is headed by a Navy Captain with the assistance of a Non-Commissioned Officer and two Carabinieri. Institutionally, the Attach\u00e9 represents the Ministry and the Chief of Defence Staff. The office follows every aspect related to the development of Somalia’s military policy, as well as activities that may affect the Italian armed forces.<\/p>\n

In<\/span> situations<\/span> of<\/span> concrete<\/span> emergency<\/span><\/strong> (<\/span>e<\/span>.<\/span>g<\/span>.<\/span>,<\/span> in<\/span> the<\/span> event<\/span> of<\/span> arrest<\/span>,<\/span> accident<\/span>,<\/span> etc<\/span>.)<\/span> that<\/span> concern<\/span> exclusively<\/span> Italian<\/span> citizens<\/span><\/strong>,<\/span> it<\/span> is<\/span> possible<\/span> to<\/span> contact<\/span>,<\/span> outside<\/span> normal<\/span> working<\/span> hours<\/span>,<\/span> at<\/span> the<\/span> following<\/span> address<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n
